A BOOK IN EVERY LIBRARY IN IOWA
Libraries play an invaluable role in building community and leading conversations. We the Interwoven the series was created for Iowan and for our Iowa communities, in order to help us find ways toward a more connected tomorrow. In fact, we at the Iowa Writers’ House created the entire Bicultural Iowa Writers’ Fellowship so that books like this could exist, sharing stories of unheard Iowa voices across the state. Libraries are the front lines of helping people connect with stories that help them understand challenging issues. Last year over 60 Iowa libraries purchased We the Interwoven, Volume 1.
This year, with the wonderful support from the Iowa Library Association, our goal is for We the Interwoven Volume 2 to be in every library in Iowa!
You can order the book from our website, including discounted packages of six and ten. It is also available from Amazon and Ingram Spark.

FIND VOLUME 1 IN THESE IOWA LIBRARIES
Our dream is to have a copy of We the Interwoven: An Anthology of Bicultural Iowa Volume 2 in every library across Iowa.
But we haven’t forgotten about the book that started it all…Volume 1 is still going strong!
This book of stories from Iowa immigrants and first-generation citizens continues to be shared, read, and discussed across our state.
Below are all of the Iowa libraries and who have purchased or been gifted purchased copies of We the Interwoven Volume 1.
(If your library has a copy and isn’t on here let us know and we’ll add it!)
